Refund/Cancellation Policy Relating to Credit Card Payment

Modification/Cancellation Policy:  To cancel or modify your transaction, please contact Hie Delivery customer service as soon as possible via LIVE CHAT and we will assist with making the modifications.

Refunds: For any cancellations processed, you should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the request. This time period includes the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 14 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the reversal request.
